To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of receiving the product.

4. Refund Policy
